40 scenes from the life of Albert Schweitzer, as well as images of the world around him, black Africa, its wildlife and mysterious beliefs. And the pleasure derived from this album is twofold, since in order to tell the story of the great man to as many little ones as possible, the short French commentary accompanying each image is translated into German and English, giving children the opportunity to learn two foreign languages if they can read, or to subject the adult nearby to an exercise in trilingual reading, always a source of great joy.
